We British are, of course, congenitally insane. How we managed to run an Empire on which the sun never set, and hold off Gerry in two world wars, beats me. Nevertheless, we did.

Now that we're once again confined to this asylum we call the British Isles we can put away our stiff upper lips and happily pursue our eccentricities without inflicting them on other, much more serious, nations.

It has to be said that Ban Smut does seem a slightly odd name to give a network of porn sites: nevertheless, they do contain some very good and completely exclusive porn of the amateur model variety.

Don't be put off by the fact that these sites look like they have been knocked up in the garden shed. I mean they probably were, but this is in the well established British tradition of 'making do'. But I digress! The flagship site is British Slags. And talking of digressions - now there's an interesting word. SLAG! Originally slag referred to a waste by-product of the smelting industry, something you throw away as worthless. In this context it's a British slang word for a "course or dissipated girl or woman". Another similar word is 'slapper'. Hey - bring 'em on!

Actually most of these girls are not what I think of as slags. Maybe that says more about what I like in women, but to me they just look like ordinary, girl-next-door types who like a bit of fun. Many are pretty, others are more average.
